So as many of you may know, I have an extremely eclectic ear for music, some days I love La Roux, some days Eazy E, many days Sade and other days only feel like mellowing out to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. But one thing that is for certain, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE just overall good, quality music. Which brings me to Shanell, she is an exceptional artist with so much talent, range and individuality that it is destined for her to be a Pop Diva. Don't believe me? Upon first glance, I'm sure you can figure out exactly what this Brazilian tree bark Catuaba is known for..... an aphrodisiac. Yet, upon further research I've found a host of excellent benefits that dispels any notion of it being all bark and no bite (pun intended). Catuaba is actually a great supplement for the central nervous system including agitation, nervousness, poor memory, nerve pain and weakness. I've personally used the powder and can attest for its unique powers (so can a lot of my friends I force feed it to). I've noticed that when I drink this special herb I lose inches, feel lighter and more jovial and overall GOOD. So for all my guys out there if you want something to help you get up (I meant happy pervs) then drink on this tree instead of smoking it! Until then... ta ta!

Its been a while since my last post, frankly because I forget that I even have this blog at times. I suffer from a grave case of ADHD. Anywho, whenever I fancy something, someone, whether it is a product, person or music, I tend to use this as my personal diary. So without further accord I introduce one of NY to Hollywood's rising stars : Ms. KELLY BORGER. Kelly is the current face of Palmer's Olive Oil, she has been actively running her non-profit organization Alpha Female Inc. and has been working on some really great projects! She is not only a phenomenal actress, and gorgeous model, but she is one of the most kind, humble, sweet human beings you will ever meet!!! So be on the lookout for Ms. Borger!!!
